I wanna know what this issue is! Recently today I have been getting various messages from ROBLOX in my inbox about avatar item refunds… Yet, I haven’t gotten any Robux it said I had gotten.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We’ve found the problem and addressed it. The issue was that we were accidentally resending refund messages for refunds that have already successfully happened in the past. You’ll notice that many of these messages have the same REFID associated with them, meaning they were for the same purchase and refund. Now that the issue is fixed, the spam of refund messages should stop. Sorry for the confusion, and let us know if you any further questions.
