Occlusion Culling highly inaccurate and causing fps issues while in edit mode

Despite being behind a wall when moving my camera slightly it may cause every object to be loaded that is behind it causing lag spikes, this is annoying as I cannot just choose to have the objects always be loaded to avoid this lagspike

Expected behavior

I expect the parts and or objects not visible to not be loaded due to occlusion culling
