Look at the bottom of the door. The blue line shows you have it inside the floor. I built the door very slightly smaller than the height of the side frames so when you align the bottom of the side frame to the floor that shouldn’t happen. The AreContactPointsShown tool would point that out with obvious red spheres when you try play testing it.
Put your Mouse over the bottom edge of the door frame Part when you select the door model, then drag it on the floor. That should align it with the floor, not the wall.
The mouse position chooses the closest end of the part selected when aligning it to the item behind (or below) that Part.
This is another reason I suggest you use an increment when building, otherwise you get odd sized Parts and then they are very hard to align when you build.
I should have mentioned in my previous post, when you select a correctly set up Constraint (like my Hinge or TorsionSpring, the 2 Parts that are Attached to that Constraint will be highlighted in neon green. If you select the Hinge in the door I made you’ll see that effect. When I selected the HInge and TorsionSpring in your model nothing lit up green.
