I think you should up your payment greatly. With the entire payment combined (2,500 robux), that is only equivalent to $8.75 USD in devex rates, which rather low for what you’re asking for. If you don’t have a proper budget, you should either find an investor or provide a % revenue cut.

I believe 500 is much too little for an initial payment for an entire resort. Also, please specify what your intentions are by the “when the group grows.” What do you consider grown, and how do I know when I will be paid the 2000?
