As you can see, the icon for X.com is the outdated Twitter.com version.

That’s just due to the version of Discourse on the forum being a bit outdated. I’m not sure when was the last time it’s been updated to be honest since DevForum uses some custom modifications afaik.

Hey there, this will likely fix itself when we update Discourse in the future. It’s not likely we would make any other manual fix here in the mean-time due to the low impact of the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience in the mean-time.

They wouldn’t downgrade updates, which means most likely.
Upgrading Discourse does not mean we will get access to modern features due to the fact that this forum uses the stable branch, which is behind on new features (which is kinda the point).
That’s the git diff but I’m not entirely sure how they maintain it because the diff says it’s out of date since last month but we do not have features like the revamped user menu which has existed since 2022. It’s not my job to find out how the stable branch works though.
