Apologies for the delay, the team is still working on updating the social media icons on the app. We had a few other issues come up so we are a little behind.

Thank you for your continued efforts on this :slightly_smiling_face: thought this had been forgotten about but I was wrong.

Please keep us updated on the fix status so I can test and confirm the updated icons display for me once it’s been released.

Hey again,

Any updates here? It’s been a month+.

Assuming you guys are busy in preparation for RDC but hopefully you can still provide an update.

Hello @skpm_plz,

The updated icons still haven’t rolled out yet for the Roblox App Experience Details pages, it’s been a long time since this bug was reported and a while since we got a comment on it, are there any news to this? Also any ETA on when the new icons for the Roblox App Experience Details pages would roll out?

One small issue, the name “Twitter” is still used in some places like in the “Account Info” settings page in the “Social Networks” section.

The name “Twitter” also appears when hovering over the Twitter icon in profile pages and in groups.

Edit:-

It also appears when adding social links for groups:-

And when adding social links for experiences:-

This is a different issue. Please file a new report.

Only reason I posted my comment is because of the engineer knowledging the issue twice in this Bug Report. I could create a new Bug Report for this if it’s needed though.

You’re right, ignore my previous response :slightly_smiling_face:

I recommend to not set the post as solved yet, since you did that last time before the fix has been out and it resulted in a moderator having to unlock the post so the engineer could send a message.

The new layout looks much better honestly

Glad it finnaly got changed

The only issue it seems like that it kinda looks more like icons than a actual button you can actually click on

Another issue, not sure if anyone else experience it too, but the icons are blurry for me on the Windows desktop app and the UWP Microsoft Store app, though they looks fine on Mobile.

Yeaaaaah  We noticed that as well and a fix should be on production in the next week or so (hopefully).

I guess we do, however this all is just for the matter of consistency. Roblox is a huge and popular platform, having them stay on an old Twitter logo for a long time is kind of unprofessional.
