Welcome to Panaché!
Panaché is a French-Japanese based pancake house that falls under the restaurant industry. As an upcoming group, we strive to uphold our position within the industry by releasing unique and original assets within the entirety of our group. At Panaché, our priority goal is to enhance our entire player base’s experience and to provide advanced facilities. Our staff members are professional and trained to ensure to fulfill the satisfaction of our guests. Within our public handbook, you’ll find all of our important information to navigate through the group!
Rank Descriptions
You’ll find all of the information about each rank here at Panaché within this section. For more in-depth explanations on each ranks and its tasks, ask a member of the Staffing Department for further assistance.
Customer
Obtained by joining the group, avid (yet appreciated) Customer role.
Noted Customer
Former High Ranks, Senior Ranks or those who have made an impact at Panaché in some form.
Trainee
A rank obtained by passing at the Job Center, you’ll need to attend a training session to rank up.
Host
You’ve successfully passed trainings and now have what it takes to be a Host! When it comes to being a Host, you’re required to seat and serve guests their orders. You’ll learn more about your position from your Trainee to Host training session.
Baker
You’ve successfully passed trainings and now have what it takes to be a Baker! When it comes to being a Baker, you’re able to do a Host’s job or prepare menu items for Customers. You’ll learn more about your position from your Trainee to Host training session.
Star Staff
You’ve successfully earned enough points to advance from Baker to Star Staff! When it comes to being Star Staff, you’re able to do all of the jobs and work to be recommended to join our Management Team. Read our “Promotion Guide” for more information on Management Team recommendations.
Management Intern
With this rank, you’ve passed Management Team applications or have been recommended for Management Team. You’re now undergoing an internship to see if you can offically become a member of our Management Team.
Supervisor
This is the first Middle Rank position and you’re able to supervise the bakery and assist at training sessions. You now climb the rank ladder by hard-earned promotions.
Manager
This rank is the second Middle Rank and shows you’ve got dedication and hard work on your side while climbing up the rank ladder. You possess the same powers as a Supervisor and can now recommend Star Staff members for Management Intern.
Shift Leader
This is the third Middle Rank and you have all of the capabilities of the ranks below you and the ability to pban and demote. You’re also able to host training sessions!
Coordinator
You’re at the final Middle Rank and are nearing the entrance of your High Rank career at Panaché! With this being said, you are able to be reached out to from a department to join their team.
Executive Assistant
This is the first High Rank and you’re in either the Staffing or Communications Department. You’re now able to do as you please but are required to do your department work.
Chief Operating Officer
You’re now a department Co-Lead and obtain the ability to make more stronger and effective choices within your department.
Chief Administrative Officer
You’ve worked hard within your department and shown your dedication… you’re now a department lead! You now fully run your department and collaborate with your department’s overseer to make choices on running your department.
Contractor
Members apart of this rank are long-term contributors to Panaché and our development. Small contributors will receive Noted Customer and will not receive this rank.
Vice President
You now oversee your original department and help the department lead (of the department you’re overseeing) effectively run their department. You also take on the responsibilities of helping the Presidential Team with development and other things to lead the group in the right direction.
President
You now are the assistant to the Chairman of Panaché and effectively make some of the most altering choices to Panaché with the approval of the Presidential Team.
Chairman
This is a non-obtainable rank and is the Owner/Chief Executive Officer of Panaché. This role is specially reserved for hispanvics and operates the Panaché group as a whole.
Training Sessions
Training sessions at Panaché are managed VIA our training session Trello board. This board has all of every session’s host, commencement time and more. If you want to check out our Trello board, feel free to utilize the link below to do so.
Affiliate Information
When it comes to forming an affiliation with Panaché, we set requirements for the groups that submit an affiliation request to Panaché’s Communications Department. Located below are all of the enlisted requirements your group must meet prior to applying. Failure to meet these requirements will result in an automatic denial of your affiliation application/request.
- You must obtain at least [N/A] amount of non-botted group members.
- Your Discord server must obtain at least [N/A] amount of non-botted server members.
- You cannot sell MR+ ranks (or ranks obtaining admin commands).
- Your group needs to be active and non “in development”.
- Must contribute to our group and announce our events.
- Have a Middle Rank, High Rank and Senior Rank team equipped to effectively and appropriately manage your group at all times.
Meet our requirements and want to apply for an affiliation? Send a neatly formatted Google Document to a member of our Communications Department answering the enlisted questions found below. We will reply to your affiliation application around 48 hours after confirming it was received.
- Provide us your group’s name, Roblox group link and Discord server invite.
- Provide us two representative’s Roblox usernames and Discord names + tags.

Promotion Guide
When it comes to getting promoted to Management Intern, you can get promoted in two different ways. You can either be recommended as a Star Staff member by a Manager+ or pass a Management Team application. Please note that Management Team applications aren’t released consecutively and are released when we have major vacancies within our Management Team. For individuals that are Star Staff members and wish to be promoted, use the helpful tips below.
- Play the bakery for at least 30 minutes daily.
- Utilize professionalism and actively do your job (don’t stand around or “supervise”).
- Actively assist Customers with their questions and service requests.
- Don’t ask for a recommendation or promotion and don’t hint.
- Work hard and have fun, don’t overwork or stress yourself.
Super Staff Gamepass
Within Panaché, we offer a gamepass to allow you the ability of a Star Staff member. With this gamepass role obtained, you’ll be able to have a rank in-game with the ability to apply for Management Team or be recommended for Management Team.
- Be recommended to join the Management Team.
- Exclusive early-access to applications.
- Work as both a Host and a Baker.
- Priority recommendations.

Ban Appeals
When it comes to ban appeals here at Panaché, you’re unable to appeal server bans but you can appeal permanent bans (a.k.a. “pbans”) and blacklists. Once you’re banned or blacklisted, you need to follow the requirements below in-order to appeal your ban or blacklist.
- You cannot apply until two weeks after your ban (or blacklist) was issued.
- You’re unable to re-apply after getting banned (or blacklisted) if you’ve had a prior ban (or blacklist) appealed.
- We’ll reply to you within two weeks as the processing times may take a while to review and decide on your ban (or blacklist) appeal being accepted or declined.
- Any sign of disrespect or not acknowledging what you did was wrong will automatically turn your ban (or blacklist) into becoming un-appealable.
- You can re-appeal a declined ban appeal after two weeks of your failure letter being delivered to you.
