Part of My UGC Mesh is Missing After Importing to Studios – Shows Fine in Blender

’m having an issue with my UGC mesh. In Blender, everything looks fine — all parts of the mesh are there and visible. But once I upload it to Roblox (through either Studio or the a piece of the mesh is completely missing.

The mesh shows up fine in Blender and the preview looks good before uploading, but the same part always disappears in Studio and on the UGC preview.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? I’d appreciate any help — thanks!


The normals are facing the wrong way. In Blender, you can go into Edit Mode, hit A to select all vertices, and then Shift + N to recalculate.

Or, if you don’t want to re-import the mesh and edit it, you can enable the Double Sided property in Roblox on the MeshPart.
