Personal Issue with Roblox Studio Move and drag

Hello , am having an issue with the move tool or drag

Probably a dumb problem but please help This UI thing !!
I use to be able to makes some tiny details without issue untill these white lines and dots.
these new feature are annoying and there nothing to disable it or any guide.

I want to be able to build freely without these lines and dots annoying me.
What is the issue? Whenever when working on a model , i cant make something either the exact width i want or a precise movement as this thing keep auto snapping.

I need a solution , either how to disable it or how it work?

I think it is this. Dragger QoL Improvements Enabled by Default

I believe you can turn it off in studio settings.
