Hi @V_lidus, thank you for the report, and thank you for pointing out the outdated instructions for retrieving logs.
To me, this looks like the Player is actually starting, but not showing any UI or crashing immediately for some reason. Could you follow the logs instructions for when Roblox successfully opens, and send all of the logs within a few days of this incident?
