, I’m currently working on my game and want to test the New Roblox UIs but suddenly I cannot find the Play Test button for the multiplayer side where I can spawn multiple players in the studio. Any help is very appreciated!

Are you perhaps looking for this under the Test category in the overhead Studio ribbon?

Oops, that was my bad. I’ve searched around and found that it’s an issue yet to be resolved:
You’ll need to revert back to the old UI if you want to playtest with multiple clients for now.
