Player can't see In-game Models

Hello :wave:

I have a Mountaineering game and it consists of many Ladders and different models.

There is a player in my game who has complained that he cannot see these models but the other players can see the models, There is another instance where the same player cannot get fall damage, but when I tried it I did get it, Is there an Internal bug or is it just Roblox Servers?

I am really confused about this, and I don’t seem to get any errors, is there anything I can do?

If this has happened <24 hours ago then it may be due to the current bugs roblox is experiencing;
