PluginMat – Roblox Lua Cheat Sheet Built Into Studio

PluginMat is a free and beginner-friendly Roblox Studio plugin that acts like a virtual deskmat—bringing a full Lua and Roblox API cheat sheet directly into Studio. Perfect for new scripters, PluginMat keeps all the essential syntax, functions, and code patterns at your fingertips, so you can stop tabbing out to Google or the DevHub.

Whether you’re learning Lua, building your first simulator, or just need a quick reminder of how TweenService, loops, or metatables work—PluginMat makes scripting faster, smoother, and easier to learn.

To run Studio you need an Internet connection.

Object Browser exists for Services
Code Examples in Script Editor exist for Services and other stuff
Also it’s much easier to open the Documentation.

– actual plugin review now

the ui Is good but

the text is cropped, how am I supposed to know what’s the full thing

it’s basically useless. you can always check roblox documentation and get more info about loops and etc

Use the searchbar to fix the cropping and you can expand the widget to see more. Also PluginMat isn’t meant to replace the Object Browser or full documentation — it’s just a quick reference tool for beginners or people who want fast access without digging through menus. Still, I’ll be improving it further in future versions
