Amazing! I would include to make the sky and water a little more spooky looking though. Other then that, your city/build looks incredible!

You made everything look like its in autumn. Halloween-wise, its not (very) spooky.
Maybe:
#Add a new spookier skybox
#change the water color to be darker
#a little extra work, but why not a part of the city to be abandoned and/or add a graveyard?
#if you don’t already have it, add an atmosphere and make it darker and thicker
#add some cool effects like leaves falling from trees (not spooky but would add an immersive feeling of autumn)
#add halloween decorations to filler buildings (such as pumpkins in driveways, signs or posters saying happy halloween, little fake ghosts etc…)
#add some leave textures to the road to make it look like leaves fell onto the road (a bit excessive, but would look cool)
#The pumpkin patch looks a little… artificial, make the pumpkins different sizes, and not made of glass material (maybe pebble since it seems to work)
But these are just suggestions on possible additions to stuff you’ve already built.

I absolutely love this map 
. The oil rig looks amazing, the colors you used in this fall place is amazing. I wish that the game was public so I could play in that beautiful map, but I’ll respect that you want it to be private.

Someday it will be public, I made this map so that people could have fun and will try it, but it is not the time yet but there is a possibility that it will come to light.

Hello, good day! The buildings look really nice! Although, i have one question, i’ve seen games add the effect like what the pumpkins have, i’m only a beginner in building and i don’t know how to do that… Can you please tell me how to do that? lol xd
