Every time I go to use a private server on a game it shows that neither I, nor anyone of my friends has a private server event though I do. It tells me I have to create a private server so I do, and this error comes up. After I click off the error popup, it shows mine and all my friends private servers again. I have seen many others with this issue so i know it’s not a “me” issue.
Thankfully it appears that Roblox has now fixed the issue as of today! Thanks to everyone who took their time to like and comment on my post!
I’m actively experiencing this issue with Karate Kid Training Simulator and have 96 private servers. The private server appears in my inventory but is absent under the game’s server list. The only way to make it visible again is by repurchasing it and receiving an error. I’ll link my profile for your convenience. Here’s a video of the issue.
Hello, no I do not own 100+ private servers but the ones I do own have this issue. Such as Catalog Avatar Creator, Dead Rails, Doors, etc etc. And this issue is still ongoing by the way.
Could you please give us an update on the progress for the fix? As of 5/7/25, I’m still experiencing this issue, and It’s very annoying. Thanks in advance!
I’ve noticed that private servers don’t show up even if they are free, but I am guessing that people also pay for them several times without realizing they did buy it multiple times as well, which would explain this. (they are not the only one to have bought private servers multiple times, and I don’t think people would buy more on purpose for a game this small)
I submitted a private server bug where it doesn’t let me toggle the Allow Joining button (receive “unable to change private server status.”) Are these issues related?
Could we get more specific errors when we reach the 100 free server limit? The transaction failed error doesn’t tell the player about the limit. Trying to re-open an old free server when you’re at the limit also gives a vague error.
