Here’s a message I got yesterday. They are now using a group called “VIK GAMES”. I’ve gotten 3 messages in total (so far).

tbh, i doubt AI can still be able to moderate the whole server of roblox, AI is still too dull, that can be freely outsmarted by scammers or trollers in any other way. sorry but Humans is still ahead of AI,
(Outside of roblox, i’m an AI Analysist btw)

it actually is, but roblox never really cared about this rule anyways (in Formalities context never really enforced it), considering it’s for the better Developers, playerbase and revenue. which if it were up to me. it’s a win-win. Great moves from Roblox.

In fact there is an article in the ToS about this (see attachment)
But they do not state that its not allowed. They just did not enforce it anyways.

I know we cannot outright ban groups and people for a suspected scam, but we really need something to indicate that a group is known for scamming people. For example, a text could be shown that says something along the lines of “There is an high number of scam reports involving this group.” Once moderators review the group, then the text can go away.
It’s better to be safe than sorry as this was reported many times in #development-discussion, yet people still fell for it.

My account was hacked about 2 weeks ago. I still not able to get it back. I sent 30+ mails through support but they are not helping at all. What’s interesting is, somehow I can access to my Developer Forum account.
