How to use publish api '/v1/assets/upload'

What do you want to achieve? I want to make a easy image upload plugin. What is the issue? I found api it can upload image, but i dont know how to use. Is there roblox API that allows upload image from game or request? What solutions have you tried so far? I’ve never seen an api that uses Formdata.
