Purchased head cannot be equipped, broken in API

I am unable to equip a head which I purchased, and when attempting to sell the head and repurchase (even through the API), it does not allow me to.

The head has not been moderated nor have I sold it, it is able to be equipped by other people; it simply just does not allow me to equip it.

Expected behavior

I should be able to equip my head without issue
