This is my first time messing with badges and the badge number came up absurdly long unlike other asset ids like passes or dev products, is this intentional and this is the exact id I should use for AwardBadge?
Yes that is the badge ID the number is long because many badges are created every single day since they are free.

This is incorrect. The badge ID’s are randomly generated, they are no longer in ascending order.
