RDS (Red Dot Sights) or ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsights) | how?

i am aware that this topic exists, but i want the red dot (or a cool arrow) to be visible at all times

but the thing is, how do i do this?
the sights are holographic, so i can’t just use an image label, as that will not be holographic

how do i do these cool sights?
