As a Roblox developer, it is currently too tedious to wait 15-30 seconds for Studio to unfreeze when clicking in the Decal texture box just to paste in an image URL. Personally, I’d prefer for this feature to be toggable under Studio settings, but removing it would be a good alternative as well.
This isn’t that useful of a feature for me since I’ll copy the URL from the Game Explorer of the image I need, and paste it into the texture property. However, due to the size of my game, Studio will freeze for a good 15-30 seconds just to reload all of the images each time I click on the Texture / Image property.
Plus, not only is the performance problem there, but I also do not use the feature itself and I would like to see it’s removal or an option to enable / disable it.
TL;DR
Add a studio setting to disable the Game Images pop up, or remove the feature all together due to performance problems, and I also do not use this feature at all myself.
