You should rewrite your post using the Template for Recruitment topics so that people can understand what you’re looking for.
I’m not sure how new you are to the community here, but scripting all of those weapons, animating and scripting emotes, and scripting gears is a pretty massive task that deserves significant payment. Thankfulness from group members isn’t enough of a payment for somebody giving you that much of their time - I suggest giving them a percent of group revenue if you can’t pay in Robux, CAD, or USD.
There’s nothing you need to protect the programmer from - if they programmed your game, they need to be in your credits. Furthermore, how can your group members be thankful of the programmer’s contributions if you don’t even tell them who programmed the game.

Oh I Am Sorry. I Am Kinda New But We Are Doing It This Way Because The Boss Has No Money Right Now But He Is Going To Be Paid In A Couple Of Weeks. Sorry.
Like I Said I Can’t Control This. It Is Part Of The Rules We Have To Follow. About 3 Years Ago With Those DontClickMe Scam Bots, We Credited A Programmer Then He Got A Lot Of Those Bots Following, Friending And Some Even Messaging Him. So He Got Mad And Quit. We Don’t Want History Repeating Itself Again.
And We WILL Know Because It’s Kept Between Us And The Members. Nobody Else Outside The Group Would Know.
That’s alright, however, as I said, you should offer a percentage of group revenue.
Then ask the programmer when you hire him if he wants his name in the credits. It’s his work, and he deserves credit for what he does and that should be his choice. I understand that you have a boss who made the rule, but I think it’s very important that you tell you boss the importance of giving credit to developers who deserve it.
please if you want them to work for free go to hidden dev because I don’t think a programmer wants to work for free

I don’t think a programmer will make most of your game, without even being paid a cent.
Hidden Devs don’t do work for free they are there only help with problems not make a whole game

I want to be paid with adopt me cash as well. Adopt me cash is the best form of payment.
Hidden devs has the minimum for a full game set to like 100 robux, its as close to free as you can get.
