I don’t know if I would call it a trial rank considering all of the permissions we have if it was a trial rank I would think there would be less privileges.
I strongly support this change even as a New Member. Given that some New Members can potentially whip up something really quickly and low quality (Like short Admin Commands) and post it there for the Community to see. Which is not ideal at all.
The Post Approval Process I believe will work as well as it does for Feature Requests and Bug Posts.
New members now need to go through the post approval procedure to file threads in Community Resources.
We are planning to retroactively review the threads that have been filed in this category and move ones that we don’t deem appropriate / of sufficient quality for the category over to Cool Creations or whatever category is appropriate for them.

I wouldn’t recommend Cool Creations because it is Members only (unless that was changed). Maybe we should consider making open to New Members but keeping it closed to visitors?
