Rigged mesh from Blender breaks when imported to Roblox

So I have been modeling an airplane mesh in blender. Recently, I have been working on rigging the suspension for the main landing gear but whenever the mesh gets imported with the armature, the whole model just falls apart/breaks. However, the mesh appears as normal without any armatures. I have also been importing it as an FBX file and I don’t receive any error messages.

This is what the mesh looks like imported without the bones:

This is what the mesh looks like with the armature imported:

Here is what it looks like in blender:

For more context the armature has the damped track bone constraint, limit distance bone constraint, and the mirror modifier.

Solutions I have tried so far:
Importing the file as an obj. (Landing gear disappears.)
Re-rigging the landing gear. (Same Issue.)
Flipping Normals. (Same Issue).

So far, I don’t understand what could be causing this problem and I hope to get it solved soon. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked all the other threads on this problem? One could possibly work for your situation. Otherwise try to maybe lower the vertices.

In making the rigged mesh did you copy and paste any materials? if so try doing this

do this with the mesh that is parented to the rig

Can you please specify what you mean by materials? If you are talking about materials as in the textures, then no I have not.

sorry what i mean is the mesh that is having its location messed up with rig

So I tried using your solution and now the mesh looks like this:

In blender the dotted lines now point towards the world origin instead of the object origin:

If needed, I can share the blend file so you can look at it yourself.

is the mesh joined together? or by parts

also how did you rig this mesh?

The mesh is in different parts. The main landing gear strut is rigged with four bones, two of which have bone constraints. Nearly all the parts on the strut are parented to the bones besides the final bone closest to the wing.

Did you ever find a solution? I’m having the same issue

No, I haven’t really found a solution to this issue. The only thing I was able to trace back to the problem was something to do with the armatures.

Could either of you guys send me your respective .blend files? I could probably have a look at what’s wrong with it myself
(send it to me on discord: lazyxisplayname_11278)

Otherwise, you guys may be having issues with bone weights, improper bone parenting, the use of constraints, improper export settings, not baking your animation if it is currently keyframed and other things which I may not remember until I see it.

I know this post was a godsend when I first found it
