Ro-Market is hiring! (Share Rev + Bonuses)

Can we see the website you created at least?

I want to see first if it has a potential and that is why I donā€™t want to make a website until after itā€™s first sale.

Can we at least see your website work?

Sadly I didnā€™t start yet although Iā€™m likely starting this evening or maybe in an hour or two.

I have made a product that Iā€™ll be selling on it and I can show it to you!

I find it super suspicious that your Roblox account was created on the 16th this month.

It may seem suspicious, but everyone has got to be new at some point. Iā€™m sure that there was a point where you were a new Roblox Member.

Obviously, everybody is new at some point or another or else we wouldnā€™t be hereā€¦

The point @Flam_ed was making (to which I agree) was that to own a successful marketplace website/group, you need a serious amount of experience in this community. It takes years to fully understand how the ROBLOX marketplace works, how much each type of service and item goes for, etc. It takes just as long to master owning and managing a group (especially a large one) - this comes with moderating each sale and report - a task that cannot be done solo. Due to that, you need to hire people and with 6 months of experience, I doubt your ability to find reliable players and developers.

Like the others, I wish you luck, but I suggest you take some time to reconsider this project and everything involved with it.

My idea (hence this is the ā€œonly ideaā€ in terms of guaranteed safety) works like this:

  • Hire developers to create specific assets.
  • Sign a contract with them stating the following terms:
You hereby agree to sell everything within [sever name] and [server name] only.
You hereby agree to notify [owner] about every asset you sell within [server name].
You hereby agree to secure every payment by using a legally-binding contract.
You are above the age and fit all legal requirements to sign a legally-binding contract.

However this is very inconvenient. Firstly, the developer must sign a contract. If they are under 18 they need a parentā€™s consent. Secondly, to secure a product a contract must be signed by the purchaser which is extremely inefficient - particularly for clients under 18.

This idea canā€™t be executed properly no matter what the circumstances are, nor can it provide profit or customer convenience.

If someone needs an asset particularly they can definitely get someone to commission for them.

Why is there a contract required?

  • To secure payments.
  • To make sure PayPal transactions are successfully completed.

Why does the client need to be 18?

  • To make the contract legally-binding, or in simple terms, make the contract active and effective.
