Flawed how? Iâm not discussing the quality of the feature, Iâm just saying itâs obviously for the players.
Even with some missing genres itâs still obviously useful for most people.

Almost every video game has strategic elements, but that does not mean that almost every game is a strategy game. A strategy game is a game where the main focus is that the playerâs decision making skills are used to determine the outcome. However, Expedition Antarctica is an obby game, where although it may require strategy when it comes to figuring out how to get across certain obstacles, it is mainly focused on the skill of actually having the ability to traverse through them. I also donât see where the âpuzzleâ aspect of Expedition Antarctica is, as Iâve played the game before and itâs just obbying without puzzles.

I genuinely thought they were advertising their best performing games until I just recently found out that people voted for them (as seen above). The least they couldâve done here was make sure each game submitted actually fits the criteria, but alas they donât even care. Grow a Garden is apparently a roleplay game according to Roblox 
We could! In fact, ~20K people clicked the link for the form to nominate games!
However, I do not see the devforum with 20K active users on it. Itâs either rigged by developers in some way or every developer got on simply to nominate grow a garden for every category. (its rigged)
Unless Iâm wrong, nominating these games is generally something only the devforum community would know about?

Everything looks so awesome and well made! The only thing I disliked is how badly some games have been categorized. How is grow a garden a simulator game?

Why has best studio changed so little in the past 5 years, I mean, splitting point and/or twin atlas are in it every time, and the fact Iâve never heard of most of them just seems fishy
(I may just be seeing a pattern that isnât there, but still, thereâs an odd amount of overlap happening)

Some of the nominations are rather questionable.

I donât find it useful as you canât specifically search for genres, roblox seemingly expects you to just make up your own solution to generally searching for all games in a certain genre

Letâs say I wanted to play an asymmetric game. Roblox has that as â1 vs All.â And you canât even filter by that genre because they have it listed as a âsubgenre.â Speaking of filtering, I havenât seen the button to filter by genre in like a year. Thanks, Roblox.
Edit: Time flies. According to the fandom wiki, they removed the filter in 2017. I thought it was last year.

I dont understand all the hate toward grow a garden here. I mean NO its definitely not a roleplay and doesnt fit half the categories its in.
But i cant even lie, its a smart idea and its doing good for the developers.
