As of today, Roblox is giving out developer crowns to eligible developers.
I received a 1K+ MAU crown even though my group-owned experience has over 100,000 MAU and has had that for several months.
Why did I get the wrong crown? Is there a way to get this corrected?

I’ve had 100k+ MAU since at least a year ago (analytics do not go back any further) and yet I just now received the Sparkletime Crown. I’ve had 1m+ MAU in December of last year, but no crown has been given.
I assume that it’s just extremely delayed for some reason.
Adding onto this – Some of my friends who also work on this same exact consistently 100k+ MAU game did not receive a crown at all… very weird…
I’ve emailed devawards@roblox.com as they instruct you to when you email support about a devaward. I did this on July 15th, and I have yet to receive a response.
I assume they dont use that email anymore, thats why no ones getting a response from them.
It’s still listed as the email to contact regarding developer awards…
