Avatars previously made with multiple hairs equipped aren’t retroactively removed. The limit is not a technical limit but a superimposed one, it makes no sense for the limit to exist especially at such a low number. I highly recommend you get a plugin like BTRoblox to bypass some of the limits, however some such as not being allowed to equip over 3 of the same item type are not bypassable.
