Roblox mesh importer not importing all textures/not applying them correctly

So, recently I’ve watched a few videos on a Simpsons game, and I was particularly interested in the car physics. I looked online and found the car mesh for the game, and downloaded it, hoping to put it into Studio and make a car driving system with it.

But, as I opened the new mesh importer to import it into Studio, I noticed something odd

The preview made the whole thing blue! When I imported it, it was grey, but when I changed a pixel in the window shield texture, moderation approved it and…

Roblox had appeared to import JUST the glass texture, and applied it onto everything. I opened the mesh with the built-in model viewer for Windows, but it looked fine and as it is supposed to in that.

I’m not sure what caused this and if there’s even a solution, all I want is the car mesh. I have a hunch that it’s because the textures are separate images for each part of the car instead of a single image, but I don’t know.

I’ve tried opening it in Blender to get it to export all the textures as a single image, but strangely, Blender only shows a single image (like Roblox), a different one though, in the UV Editing and Texture Painting modes.

You import obj right? If you import obj in roblox it grouped in one mesh. Maybe you should try use blender import obj file then separate mesh and export it as FBX and import to roblox

I think if you just export it as an fbx it will fix it.

How do I separate the meshes?

This is all part i separate in blender but there problem it is door, trunk hood and wheel not in correctly position.

texture one

fbx file i do

Car.fbx (188.8 KB)

You can use texture in your zip

Separate mesh by press Tab in blender to enter modify mode then press p then choose separate by material

Thanks for the help, but I still have a problem. The main mesh of the car uses different textures, so I think I need some sort of way to combine all the textures into a single one so that it can properly import into Roblox.
