They use a mix of javascript and I think they use web asembly for the backend - though I am most likely wrong with web asembly.

The Roblox website (like most websites) is programmed in HTML, CSS & JS.
Luau is used only for programming Roblox games, but I think both Lua and C++ are used to make Roblox Studio and Client programs for desktop.
They probably use other languages like SQL for the backend, data storage, and servers too.

It currently seems that the roblox website is still down. Please be patient while engineers look into this problem. There is currently thousands of reports global. Please do not spam this post. Therefore makes it harder for engineers.

Update: I can now launch the roblox website and roblox studio with no problem. But im not sure if creating accounts work
The website bug is for many players. Studio may be fixed later, because many people are reporting on the website outage. I may be wrong. Studio hasnât been reported here much. People mainly focus on the topic of the website outage.
