In a way I doubt it really is because of the talent hub because on the old thread he said that the website and TH would co-exist together. (Although things can change this was a few months ago i’ll give them the benefit of doubt here). Still doesn’t excuse having the thread up like it’s still existant, and then one day just suddenly abandoning it with no known reason. Is it really that hard for them to say “TH is the reason why we’re shutting down and this is what we’ll do with the data stored on our database” if that’s really the reason?
This is exactly why I didn’t use this service. It didn’t seem so structured and the Talant Hub was coming anyway.

It felt more like a project that would’ve been better off somewhere in #help-and-feedback:cool-creations instead. The whole unfinished feel the website gave off never really helped things. (i.e no responsive design, password reset, etc)

I mean, can’t we have roblox be a mediator? This person built something for the community and then randomly closed. they’re still active too.
Roblox doesn’t associate themselves with 3rd party websites / tools so they aren’t caught in any crossfire when stuff like this happens. The problem is when you submit something to #resources:community-resources you’re putting yourselves up to alot more scrutiny than what you would’ve gotten in #help-and-feedback:cool-creations or elsewhere, as you’re saying to the forums “look at this thing I made, you should use it.” instead of “hey look at this thing I made.”
