This has already been suggested by me weeks ago and hopefully more skills are coming soon.

Is there a way to see if your skill application successfully went through? Because when I hit submit the page just refreshed and it didn’t really give me any sort of confirmation.

Not at the moment. Also it seems as though no application under the user steven4547466 has come through. How many files did you upload, and whats the extension?

I uploaded 3 compressed mp4 files.

When adding them via file explorer I’m assuming, did you add them at once? Or individually thrice?

I added them all at once, it said 3 files.

I submitted, but I didn’t see any confirmation that its submitted. I uploaded all 4 files at once.

we have received your application

The cloudflare is loading for so much time
Anyone know why?

I already tried:

  • Other browser
  • Leave and Enter (6 times)
  • Restart the PC
  • Restart the internet

I’m not using vpn and my internet is 5G

its rather strange - maybe try turning off 5g - maybe try with a vpn

Coolio! I hope the DevForum moderators don’t take this as “off topic” again, but… what’s the download link?

A possibly good solution might be a proxy. You can detect how many requests are being sent by a specific IP. Although this might annoy specific users, even though I’m pretty sure that’s LITERALLY how Cloudflare works. Also, maybe if the user sends too many requests, send them to cloudflare (this might not be as effective). Although this would require a second server, using something like Heroku, or repl.it might be a viable solution. I’m pretty sure you’d need to use something like UptimeRobot running constantly pinging it on a interval of around 5 minutes. This shouldn’t really be a problem because nobody DOSs at 1 ping per 5 minutes. Also, are you sure it’s a DDOS? Maybe just a normal DOS? Or maybe the server is slow? Maybe you should add something like Google Analytics for a few days to see how many people are using the site and at what time.
