Hey, sure! Just a quick question: Studio is the one that’s working, so are you sure yuou want me to try this with ROBLOX Studio rather than the ROBLOX Player? Or shall I just completely reinstall both?
Try the player first, if only deinstalling that doesn’t work then try the other as well.
Actually just do both anyway
Also make sure to delete all files in the way zeuxcg mentions when deinstalling (the step 1)
Yeah, sorry, I meant to suggest uninstalling a Player; due to how our install process works you probably should just uninstall both.

Right, I did what you said and the textures are now fine in the ROBLOX player! It sounds likely they got corrupted but just not sure how!!
Alright, phew. We’ll never know the answer but oh well
We do know that our installer really needs to validate file contents more thoroughly - not the first time we’ve seen spurious corruption. We’ll keep that in mind for the future.
