Script runs as many times as the number of players on the server

My system are the 2 scripts that are up there. The localscript is inside startercharacterscripts now and the serverscript is inside startergui. Now that I have said that maybe I should put the server script inside ServerScriptService.

yea things in the startergui are replicated for every player
