SeatPart of other players is failing to replicate to clients, leading to client and server disagreeing on SeatPart

Problem:
Hello, I just recently started receiving reports in about users being unable to cuff and uncuff players. I have isolated the issue to our SeatPart checks.

This issue started occurring today in servers that are older than 2 days old. I believe there might be a recent flag flipped that might have caused this issue.

Explanation:
I have attached a video showing the issue. When a user is sitting (their SeatPart not being nil), you are prompted with an interaction to force them up.

We’re seeing this issue in our game (Emergency Response: Liberty County). We’re receiving hundreds of bug reports related to various systems that rely on SeatParts replicating properly.
