Bumping this post to remind you of best security practices and how to keep your account secure. Along with the items listed in the original post, here are more ways to protect your account and its content.

Never change security settings at someone else’s request. Roblox will never ask you to change settings to prove account ownership.

Never share your security codes, credentials, or sensitive information with anyone. Roblox will never ask you for this information. This can include things like texting your code, screen sharing, etc.

Monitor any communication from Roblox for signs of account compromise and suspicious activity, such as ‘password changed’ emails or unauthorized trades and transactions.
If you feel your account may be compromised, immediately change your password and contact Roblox Support.
Remember, if it feels suspicious, then it probably is suspicious!
