My closed community soccer game(s) have been experiencing a server crash issue for the past month or so. The server crash does not seem to give out a kick message error as it would normally. This makes it really hard to pinpoint the issue.
Could any staff members take a look at my internal server logs, and let me know if its an issue on my end.

Are you sure that this is a server crash? Are you able to stay ingame and wait it out? Maybe wait up to 5-10 minutes, I’m not joking.
You may be having the same issue we’re having where someone ingame is running something that makes the Roblox server apparently ‘freeze’ but you can wait until that person finally stops running it which is about 10 seconds even up to 10 minutes.
Your client logs do say that it has disconnected which I’m not sure if it was just a manual close Roblox window or the client itself.
Whenever the server crashes, even after staying for however long, you can see that the server is no longer on the server list. You can not move when the server crashes.
When checking SHIFT + F3 where everything states a bunch of question marks. When checking the developer console everything else is gone except the client memory and client logs tabs.
This crash has happened to a VIP server as well where only around 2-3 people were in the server. So it is very unlikely someone is exploiting just to “lag” the server.
I haven’t exactly stayed for straight 10 minutes, but I stayed in a crashed server enough that people were able to make a new one.
