Recently, players have been having issues loading images in my game that were working previously just fine. Since about 11 PM last night (MST), they have been failing to load and only working if you load them twice. When I went to test this out, I found out the API for getting character appearances started failing and I’m loading in forced R15 places as R6 and a grey character, in a 2 player private server. I also found API calls were taking a while for MarketplaceService, and overall loading into games was becoming slow.

This bug is occurring in multiple games that I join, and I’m always a grey character. The issues of characters not loading started around 10 minutes ago, but as I mentioned before the decals not loading started about 12 hours ago.

Update: I went to check my avatar and got this:

We’re experiencing similar issues, players having issues joining and loading games. Dropped ~10k players in ~10 mins.

This is occurring to me too. I can repro this across many games.

The Roblox website and loading ordinary games is being excruciatingly slow. I imagine that this is because of the failed API calls.

Currently, we have the same problem in our games, users with gamepasses, the established advantages are not obtained.
