Shortcuts do not save for a plugin after an update

Apparently my feature request is a bug:

For one of my plugins, I always set a shortcut for an easier workflow; however, after updating the plugin for module changes, that shortcut isn’t saved. This has affected my teammates and I with customized shortcuts for a couple of plugins.

Expectation is for the shortcut to save, and that doesn’t happen.

How to reproduce:

  • Go in studio, set a shortcut for your own plugin.
  • Update something, update plugin.
  • Check shortcuts for that plugin, or prompt shortcut.

Repo: Repro.rbxl (28.8 KB) / Repro.rbxm (1.3 KB) (Ctrl+Z as shortcut)

Studio version: 0.481.0.423686 (64bit)

Binding 6 keys every time I open an .rbxl is getting kinda old. Still occurring in 0.506.2.5060610 (64bit)
