Should this be a military or an explorer type vehicle?

Wassup everybody! Hope ya’ll are having a blessed day!

So I’ve been working on this fairly large mid-poly sci-fi vehicle with big tracks, and I’m wondering, should this be a military or explorer vehicle? :thinking: So while it’s not quite done yet, if I take the explorer route it will be pretty much done, whereas if I take the military route, the vehicle will have some sort of large weapons system on top. Whether this will be a missile launcher or a machine gun I haven’t decided yet. Need some help deciding here guys so please say whatever is on your mind in the comments!! :smiley:

I don’t know what to say, I like both ideas but I prefer the first one (sci-fi)

It gives me a sci-fi planet explorer vehicle vibes, but you can easily use it as military personel transport vehicle already.

I really like the design and color scheme that goes with it. But you should make the lights on the front a little brighter.

Well they would both be sci-fi only one would be more military style. But I see what you mean. :wink:

Dude!! Same! I totally think with a different color change it could definitely be something like that.

Yeah that’s exactly what I was thinking if I went the military route. Like some sort of transport vehicle where it’s not exactly like a major tank or anything like that but it’s still definitely capable of defending against attack.

Thanks! Originally the vehicle was going to be like all black, but then I saw that color and thought I’d give it a try. Thankfully I did cuz now I’m like in love with it lol.

Well at night they’re actually not that dim but maybe I will turn them up just a tad. :slight_smile:

I think you should go with the explorer route personally. Love it! Working on a sci-fi game of my own here. Is this going to be used in one?

This is a reallyyyyy cool design. I’m a sucker for near-future or sci-fi. concept designs and this takes the cake. I’d love to see more of these and maybe buy one in the future :eyes: Keep up the good work!

Maybe someday :sweat_smile: Right now I’m probably just gonna develop a series and then we’ll see from there :man_shrugging:

Thanks dude! Yeah I’ve always loved that near-future look where it’s sci-fi but it’s like “I can see that being a reality in 15 years”

Well I’m hopefully gonna develop a series so definitely be on the lookout for those! Also I’m really flattered…always looking for potential buyers! :smiley:

Depends, it’s Sci-Fi so it depends o poi n the planet, for a high-pressure planet or a wasteland planet this would be perfect as an Explorer Class Vehicle, but you could make both versions

Also if you ask me Sci-Fi is the best setting in Videogames, maybe it might be because I love space…

Hey! No not yet…it was originally supposed to have a really detailed interior lol but now I’m not sure if I’m gonna follow through with it. :man_shrugging:

Yeah I totally agree man! It has a really planet explorer kinda feel to it. Also yes, sci-fi > all other styles. :wink:
