This may be unnecessary but for
A really nice touch would have the characters not be cropped by the black background frame but instead pop out. Like not even cropped off. Just an opinion but I think it would look really nice

Could Improve it by reducing the darkness of the gradients of the “I Understand” and “Exit Game” Buttons.
