Ban Appeal Information
If you happen to be banned from Slicéd Juice Bar campus, meaning centers and/or resort, and would like to be unbanned, please send in an appeal to any General Manager or above. Once you send in your appeal, we will review it and see if it meets the requirements to be unbanned. It would be greatly appreciated if you put a lot of detail into your answers. This way we can get a much better understanding of the ban, and why you would like to be unbanned. Ban Appeals are taken strictly and professionally, we will put a vote to the Department Supervisors if you deserve to be unbanned once you have sent the application. Good luck on getting unbanned! Please be sure that this is a PBAN not a ban if it’s a ban it will automatically unban you on upon server shutdown.
