Slow Audio Moderation Rate?

Hello there, I’ve recently been trying to upload songs (no more than 2 minutes) and the moderation time is taking hours to even days for said song, taking in count this never happened to me and the moderation rate was actually way faster, taking up to 20 minutes.

Is this an outage or a new feature? I don’t know, but if you have any solution to this issue then it would be appreciated.

Roblox Staff is already aware of this and a fix has been made. My reply was made 16 hours after your initial post so by now this should be fixed.

Incredibly long pending time for newly uploaded audios

Hi all, We have discovered the root cause of this issue and are in the process of fixing it. The issue was that we had audio uploads get ‘stuck’ in a part of the audio moderation flow and pile up faster than we could deal with them. We have fixed the problem that caused the audio uploads to get stuck and are gradually seeing the total moderation time decrease to reasonable levels again.
