Slushie’z | Promotion Guidelines

Throughout this guide, you will find all the requirements you need in order to be promoted at Slushie’z. Failing to meet your requirements, will result in you not being promoted. Please note that your trainings/requirement reset after each promotion.

[1] | Customer - [4] | Awaiting Training
Must apply at the Application Center.

[4] | Awaiting Training - [5] | Junior Team Member
Must attend a training.

[5] | Junior Team Member - [6] | Team Member
Must obtain 50 points + get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank during a shift.

Alternative: Attend a training session.

[6] | Team Member - [7] | Senior Team Member
Must obtain 250 points + get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank during a shift.

Alternative: Attend a training session.

[7] | Senior Team Member - [8] | Staff Internship
Must obtain 500 points and after obtaining 500 points apply for Staff Internship when application release every month. Must be recommended by multiple staff member.

[8] | Staff Internship - [9] | Supervisor
Must obtain 1000 points. After obtaining 1000 points attend a Staff Internship Training when hosted & pass.

[9] | Supervisor - [10] | Senior Supervisor
Must attend 10 shifts & help during 10 trainings. Must get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank.

[10] | Senior Supervisor - [11] | Head Of Staff
Must attend 20 shifts & help during 20 trainings. Must get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank.

[11] | Head Of Staff - [12] | General Management
Must attend 30 shifts & help during 30 trainings. Must get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank.

[12] | General Management - [13] | Team Leadership Management
Must attend 40 shifts & help during 40 trainings. Must get noticed by a High Rank or Super High Rank.

[13] | Team Leadership Management - [14] | Chief Staffing Officer

Must show true dedicated toward Slushie’z community. Must be in at least 1 department. Must attend 50 shifts & help during 50 trainings. Must get noticed by a Super High Rank.

[14] | Chief Staffing Officer - [15] | Chief Operations Officer
Must be in at least 1 department. Must host 10 shifts, 10 trainings, 5 Staff Internship trainings. Must have promoted 5 MR’s. Must be noticed by a Super High Rank.

[15] | Chief Operations Officer - [16] | Chief Communication Officer
Must be in at least 1 department. Must host 20 shifts, 20 trainings, and 10 Staff Internship trainings. Must have promoted 10 MR’s. Must be noticed by a Super High Rank.

[16] | Chief Communication Officer - [17] | Junior Corporate Officer
Must be in at least 1 department. Must host 30 shifts, 30 trainings, and 15 Staff Internship trainings. Must have promoted 15 MR’s. Must be noticed by a Super High Rank.

[17] | Junior Corporate Officer - [18] | Senior Corporate Officer
Must be in at least 1 department. Must host 40 shifts, 40 trainings, and 20 Staff Internship trainings. Must have promoted 20 MR’s. Must be noticed by a Vice Chairman+.

Future promotion after Senior Corporate Officer will be choose by the Vice Chairman & Chairman!
