So my sister her user is DesiredSxm. My account was linked to my 2nd email. Ok so around an hour ago she was kicked of her account and her password was changed. She’s been very sad since then, and I’ve been trying to send messages to roblox support but it doesn’t work, the person unlinked the email I was using and everything. I don’t even know how they got the verification code. Here are some pictures:

It says from Indonesia, I live in the US so this is very concerning and the fact that they changed the email and I can’t get the account back is kinda scary. She had around 2,000 robux on her account which I gave to her as a gift. And well she really wants her account back she has around 7 years of grinding games on it. So if any mod see’s please try to help me. Do you think we can get this account back

well you were not cookie logged because this person knew the password and had access to the email. what i want to know is how someone got access to the email. did she give this information to someone? that is personally what i think happened

use your email that was attatched to the account and contact roblox support and say that the account was hacked. you should probably include some purchase records to prove that you own the account.

But they already removed the email from the account and every time I try sending and email to support it says too many attempts try again later.

try again in about an hour or so

did you ask her? do you know that for sure? the only way that this could have happened is if she gave away her password and access to the email.

Alr so what she said if that she was trying to use a website called traderie ( a trading website) and put my email and her roblox password in

all you can do is do what i suggested

What if I haven’t purchased anything on that email.

you need purchase records from the hacked account to prove that you own the account and that the account was hacked.

other than that there’s literally nothing at all you can do, or at least there’s nothing else that I know to do.

Like purchased robux? Cause I think she brought some a while back on that account
