Game Expectations

This section contains our guidelines that are applied to gameplay. While visiting the eatery or participating in a training, you should always follow these rules.

:green_book: Our Rules

These are pretty general and should be known about before playing our game.

  • Player Apparel: Any outfits or Roblox avatars that feature inappropriate text or images, enlarged cosmetics (3D clothing), or skin-color only clothing should not be equipped. We love for our players to be creative with their avatars, however, anything disturbing to the eye should not be worn.
  • Chat Loopholes: Bypassing, spamming, or advertising is strictly prohibited as it creates clutter in our chatbox. The chat feature is used for communication purposes and corrupting it with these loopholes is not allowed.
  • Unnecessary Drama: Fighting and arguing with others or peers, distributing group misinformation, and beginning or continuing rumors is prohibited. Placing negativity on our group and community members is not allowed, and all problems you may have with a player/our group should be brought to the attention of a Management member.
  • Common Sense: All community and staff members are expected to have a decent level of common sense and maturity. Acknowledging the Roblox Community Standards is also expected since we apply their guidelines to our own rules.

:no_entry_sign: Disciplinary Protocol

Our chain-of-command for moderating rule-breakers.

  • Minor Violations: If a staff member deems your violation minor, you will be handled with the following chain: warning, kick, ban.
  • Major Violations: If a staff member deems your violation major, you will be handled with the following chain: server ban, ban, permanent ban.
  • Severe Violations: If a staff member deems your violation severe, you will be handled with the following chain: permanent ban from Soela and all affiliated groups and a report to Roblox.

More expectations may be provided in the future, however, these are the primary guidelines we focus on. Specific examples of minor, major, and severe violations are provided in our Ban Appeals section.
