Sounds cutting off or not playing at all

Reproduction Steps

Game Link: [VIETNAM] Oil Warfare Tycoon - Roblox

System Information:
Windows 11
i9 12900K
RTX 3080ti
64Gb DDR5 RAM
500Gb SSD

Expected Behavior

Sounds should be playing normally.

Actual Behavior

Many users are reporting that sounds are cutting off during gameplay or sounds stop working entirely after playing for 20+ minutes.
I haven’t experienced the sounds not working at all myself but I have frequently experienced stuttering or cutoffs of sounds the past week.

This issue was not happening in the past, or it was very infrequent if it was happening.

Maybe it’s a roblox bug. Becuause this has probably been fixed and i didnt know what you mean.

I don’t think we have gotten any new reports of sounds cutting off recently.
I let you know if we encounter this issue again.
