Below Average: 1-2 sessions a week
Average: 3-5 sessions a week
Above Average: 6+ sessions a week

Please note that if we notice consistent bare-minimum activity, you will be issued consequences from the HR Team.
→ Inactivity Notices
As an MR at Sprinklify, you’re expected to maintain a consistent level of activity and balance your duties in alignment to our standards. If there is a time period where you know that you cannot meet our standards, then you should schedule an inactivity notice.
To submit an inactivity notice, you should message an HR with a specific start date, end date, and your reason for going on notice. During your inactivity notice, you are welcomed to join our facilities, however, your activity during this time will not be logged and you will be de-prioritised in events such as limited training spots.
We’d like to remind you that inactivity notices are not to be abused, as doing so will result in consequences. Abusing inactivity notices includes: taking an excessive amount of INs on a frequent basis, frequently taking extremely long INs to the point where you are more inactive than active, or using your inactivity notice to focus on working up at another group. If you feel that you cannot be active for a majority of the time, we may advise you to resign from your position.
General Regulations
→ Age: In order to work at Sprinklify, you must be over the age of 13 and have safe chat disabled. If you are under the age of 13 and our HR team is notified or is given valid evidence that you are under 13, you will be terminated and banned from our Discord Server.
→ 2FA & Account Security: As an MR at Sprinklify, you are expected to have 2-step verification enabled on both Roblox and Discord. Upon being hired to join our team, a member of Recruitment will contact you, requesting to see evidence displaying that you have them enabled. This is to avoid any issues that people on our team could face, such as their account being hacked or compromised. Failure to do this within the given time frame will result in removal from your position.
→ Leaking Confidential information: As an MR at Sprinklify, you are expected to keep our staff operations confidential within our staff team. Leaking may include sharing documents or screenshots of chats to those who aren’t able to access them, which will lead to strict consequences. As a general rule of thumb, if they cannot access it, do not disclose it.
→ Chain of Command: When needing assistance, your first point of contact should be #mr-conduct. If the situation is more complex, feel free to reach out to an HR. However, be sure to review all of our documents to have a better understanding of Sprinklify’s operations. As for Leadership members, they should only be contacted as a last resort. Review the contact information dropdown for more information
→ Admin Abuse: You will be granted access to specific administrative commands depending on your rank. More information regarding the commands that you are and are not allowed to use can be found in the Admin Usage guide below, be sure to refer to that or contact an HR+ if any questions arise. Any unwanted use of these commands will result in consequences depending on the severity.
Behavioral Expectations
→ Professionalism & Maturity: Being part of the MR Team at Sprinklify does not exempt you from the rules set for our customers and bakers. As an MR, you must remain mature and act appropriately in our group facilities and Discord channels. You are a role model for others and represent our group and our values; childish behavior is not allowed. This also includes your behavior at minigame shifts: if you are not the host, you are to act and use commands as you normally would. Failing to adhere to our group’s rules and regulations will result in consequences. In regards to grammar, you are not required or expected to use it, however, your sentences must be easily understandable and coherent.
→ Disrespect & Discrimination: Here at Sprinklify, we have a zero tolerance policy for discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion, or overall self-identity. We do not allow any sort of racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other forms of hateful speech. If a person decides to break these guidelines, they will be banned and terminated from Sprinklify. Along with discrimination, disrespect towards anyone inside the server will not be tolerated.
→ Common Sense: As part of our MR Team at Sprinklify, you were promoted for your strong character and critical thinking skills. As such, we trust that you use good judgment and common sense in your actions and communication with others. Not all rules may be explicitly said, and some will be unspoken rules, but you are expected to recognize and avoid any behavior that is considered inappropriate.
Management Procedures
Introduction
This document was prepared for our staff to serve an informational purpose in understanding our internal operations. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a High Rank.
Consequences
As a part of Sprinklify’s MR Team, you’re held to standards that involve your demeanor, conduct, and overall behavior. Misbehaving or improperly following the protocol designed to keep our operations successful will not be tolerated and will serve you with a consequence of any type. Receiving such consequences can interfere with your future advancements’ duration and overall process. We implore you to always abide by our code of conduct, policies, procedures, and every other guideline. If you are unsure of anything, please let a High Rank know before taking action yourself.
Reminders are the lightest type of consequence you may receive. Reminders are issued to MRs who make an extremely minor mistake and will be taken lightly on your account. They will not hold a weight for future promotions or consequences.
Warnings are issued as a more official type of consequence and will be taken into consideration for future instances. They will remain permanently logged and will always be considered, depending on their severity.
Suspensions are only given to individuals who have recently received complicated reports that the HRs are unsure of what consequence to issue. Whenever you are given a suspension, your rank is temporarily removed until a verdict has been decided. If the report is deemed invalid, then your rank will be returned and you can continue doing your usual duties. Although, a consequence could still be issued depending on its severity. However, if the proof that was given is considered valid, your suspension will turn into a termination.
Terminations are the most severe form of disciplinary action, involving the removal of an individual from their position due to serious violations of our code of conduct. These violations include but are not limited to discrimination, leaking confidential information, extreme misbehavior, or anything that the HRs deem unacceptable for you to stay within your position at Sprinklify. If you were terminated due to behavioral issues, you will not be eligible for receiving the Former MR role. Additionally, terminations can occur if you do not complete your requirements more than once or due to extreme inactivity. If you were terminated due to this reason, you are eligible for the Former MR role.
Promotions
Dedicated and hard-working Middle-Ranks are rewarded with promotions to their next rank. However, these promotions are only given to those in good standing with the group, active (going beyond the bare minimum), and always willing to provide a hand to those in need. These promotions are discussed thoroughly by our High Ranks and must go through multiple evaluations to ensure the fairness of the promotion. Not in any circumstance is bias appropriate during these discussions, and those who show a bias towards a candidate are excluded from the discussion. You may think that because there’s competition, it’d be hard to rank up. However, it’s easy to stand out from a group of people if you are consistent with your activity.
Resignations
If you feel like you can no longer consistently contribute to your duties, or you have another personal reason and you unfortunately wish to resign from your position, you should message an HR explaining why you would like to resign and follow their instructions.
We would like to reiterate that every resignation is final; you will not be allowed to revert your decision after your roles have been removed. Once you’ve resigned and wish to retain your position, you’re expected to work up like everybody else, so please think about it carefully.
Reports
If you encounter a situation where you witness misbehavior from another MR, or you suspect another MR is breaking the rules, you must report it to a member of the HR Team immediately. It is crucial for us to understand the whole context of the situation so no false consequences are given out, therefore, you must gather proper evidence of the entire situation before contacting an HR.
If you ever notice someone misbehaving and you are engaging in the act rather than reporting it, you will be subject to receiving consequences as well. This especially applies to group chats containing leaking and other violations of our conduct.
Keep in mind that we do not handle personal drama reports not relating to Sprinklify. If you have an issue with another staff member, we recommend you block them or keep the issue outside of Sprinklify. However, this does not mean that you can be hostile inside of Sprinklify. We will handle reports if they relate to Sprinklify or get too out of hand (discrimination, threats, etc.)
Alliance Visits
When conducting an alliance visit to a group affiliated with us, there are some requirements we ask you to adhere to. As an MR at Sprinklify, you are representing our group and you must show off a professional attitude at all times. While uniform is not required, it is encouraged if you are on an official visit. Any unprofessionalism or breach in our rules will result in consequences.
When a group affiliated with us decides to pay our group a visit, you must also display professionalism at all times, however the uniform is not required in this case. Make sure you welcome our alliance and remain respectful towards them. In both instances, grammar is not required to use.
Bakery Protocols
Supervision Information
While supervising at the bakery, we ask that you spread through the servers to ensure all are conducted properly. Per server, the maximum amount of MRs in a server is capped to three. If other servers are already filled to that point, feel free to choose the server in which you feel needs additional supervision the most.
Our larger servers should also be prioritized. The only servers that are required to be supervised are those that have ten or more players in it. While checking in small servers from time to time to prevent point cheaters is fine, you should be directing your attention to large servers that need it more.
