I was reading this post when I came across this gap, I have seen a gap like this once before but didnt think much of it. It is quite a strange bug and should be and easy fix. I don’t know what is happening.
Maybe post didn’t loaded correctly, or author made this gap (No clue why).
Simply reload page.
The vincent theme is deprecated and broken. It has many different issues:

that post was talking about the title. And the other gap wasn’t even in Vincent. I only started using Vincent a few days ago.
No, the gap is because of Vincent. I can’t reproduce this on any theme but Vincent. Please read the post I sent. If you did, you would see. Over time it will get more and more broken:

On top of that, if you really think it isn’t the theme, you need to report it to meta.discourse.com. As I stated before, I think it has to do with the theme.
Just to solidify, this is an issue with Vincent.

I liked Vincent but then it really started breaking on me. It’s my favorite theme but the top of the titles for posts where just looking really ugly.
Also I thought this gap was from the delay of each post. I’m wrong then.
It’s vincent but I think the gap thing, as opposed to the off-center bug, is from deleted posts. I see the gaps popping up irregularly on some threads, even short ones, and no gaps on a few longer threads where you would expect to see the issue more often.
If that’s the case then I call it a feature
