My game has no datastores or any records of any players, plus when I checked the user id, the user was banned.
Am I in trouble?

If you mean the user was banned through an in-game admin system, that’s stored in a database. So that could be why you’re getting this message even though you have no records.
When someone submits a right-to-erasure request, their account is deleted. If you do not have any record of the User ID in your game, then you are OK. Otherwise, you need to delete it.
Seems to be it, didn’t know they get deleted. But did he specifically request a right-to-erasure request on my game or does every game he played get this message?
